Samuel M. Scoggins

Mr. Scoggins is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC.  He specializes in real property tax counseling and appeals, including valuation, assessment, tax increment financing, and exemption matters. He has handled more than 600 property tax valuation and exemption appeals since 1976.  He also has extensive experience in counseling privately held and middle market business owners in a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, business sales and contract matters.  He has also represented real estate brokers in licensing matters and professional standards and commission disputes.  Mr. Scoggins joined Frost Brown Todd in 1975; became a Member in 1982; and has served as an Administrative Member of the firm since 1996.
