Frost Brown Todd attorney, Douglas Lutz, brings expertise to American Bankruptcy Institute

June 2 4 , 2008, Cincinnati, OH - Douglas L. Lutz, Member, has been appointed by The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), as program chair for their Central States Regional Conference. Mr. Lutz will serve as program chair for the Institute’s 2009 Regional Conference to be held in June at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Traverse City, Michigan.
Lutz is co-chair of Frost Brown Todd’s Financial Restructuring Group. He focuses his practice in finance and restructuring, specifically in the areas of bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts.
The ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. Its membership is composed of over 11,500 attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants, and more. This makes it the largest, multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to insolvency research and education in the country.
