Michael Blade joined the Corporate and Business Department of Frost Brown Todd LLC as a Senior Associate in 2006. Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Mr. Blade practiced in the Nashville offices of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC. While at Dinsmore and Greenebaum, Mr. Blade advised clients regarding a variety of issues such as, domestic and international financing transactions, including domestic and international private placements, mergers and acquisitions of privately held companies, complex real estate transactions and agreements related to the music and entertainment industry in Nashville.
Mr. Blade's clients included commercial banks, venture capital funds, private and closely held businesses and major publically traded companies. Since joining Frost Brown Todd, Mr. Blade's practice has focused on the acquisition, sale, merger and organizational structure of various public and private companies along with private placements for closely held businesses.
