John R. Wingo is a Member of Frost Brown Todd's Nashville office, where he practices in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He provides advice and representation to clients regarding their business transactions, as well as serving financial institutions and insurance companies in litigation throughout Tennessee in both State and Federal Court.
Mr. Wingo primarily represents corporations in their business disputes in both state and federal courts throughout Tennessee. He represents numerous national and regional banks in defense of claims involving the Uniform Commercial Code, Truth In Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and lender liability. He also represents numerous insurance companies in cases involving coverage disputes and bad faith allegations.
Prior to joining the Firm, he served as an Associate General Counsel at AmSouth Bank where he handled and managed the bank’s lender liability litigation throughout the Southeast.
