Mekesha Montgomery selected for 2008 Leadership Bowling Green Program

February 26, 2008 (Nashville, TN) – Frost Brown Todd LLC is pleased to announce that
Mekesha Montgomery has been selected to participate in the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2008 Leadership Bowling Green Program.
Leadership Bowling Green selects 30 business leaders annually to participate in an eight-month leadership training program. Business leaders must be active in the Bowling Green community and participants learn about the strengths and challenges of the Bowling Green Community and the various industries served through nine different sessions. The program includes a series of lectures, discussions, tours, and interactive role-playing activities that allow for an in depth study of the community and networking opportunities. Outcomes of participating include a service project to give back to the community, relationship building, and knowledge about the community to continue servicing Bowling Green.
Ms. Montgomery is a Member at Frost Brown Todd. She represents employers of all sizes in all aspects of labor and employment law, including labor arbitrations, proceedings before administrative agencies and courts defending unfair labor practice charges, discrimination claims, wrongful discharge claims, and ERISA claims. Ms. Montgomery's experience in employment and labor litigation has given her not only the skills necessary to successfully defend allegations of discrimination, but also the experience necessary for counseling employers about how to avoid employment liability.
